️ Maintenance Coordinator – Intempus Realty Guadalajara, Jalisco, México (On-site) About the Role Intempus Property Management is looking for a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing team in Guadalajara. This position is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and communication between tenants, property managers, and property owners.
