Maintenance Technician

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning and maintenance of our manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure. This role is crucial to our operational efficiency and product quality. Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment. * Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues. * Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems. * Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records. * Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols. * Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies. * Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment. * Manage spare parts inventory and order replacements as needed. * Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. * Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical or vocational training preferred. * Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role. * Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. * Proficiency in reading and understanding technical diagrams and manuals. * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
