Maintenance Technician Production

Maintenance Technician Production job involves working with modern technologies at a historic Dutch company in Ridderkerk. In the role of Maintenance Technician, you will work on various machines, including cutting, packaging, and transportation installations. You replace blades, lubricate and set up cutting machines, and resolve issues. You also move machines and ensure proper connections. Additionally, you perform maintenance tasks, such as replacing bearings and transmissions, and prevent issues by signaling problems early. You will work in a production environment with approximately 250 machines and a conveyor belt of 200 interconnected systems.

Your workplace

You will be working at an historic Dutch company that is a leading supplier to the food industry. The company's warehouse is fully automated, a first in the food industry. Every day, they deliver around 70 buses and 9 trucks throughout the Netherlands from their main location in Ridderkerk and five other locations.

Job requirements

• A minimum of MBO level 2 in a technical direction;
• Experience in a comparable role is a big plus;
• You are enthusiastic, proactive, and helpful;
• Good command of the Dutch language in writing and speaking.
