Maintenance Technician Plating

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the productive life of our machinery through preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring the continuity of operations and meeting production objectives.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various industrial equipment
• Solve and diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems
• Ensure the correct functioning of equipment components, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems
• Conduct periodic inspections and apply maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Repair or replace defective parts and components as needed
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and efficiency
• Maintain precise records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and breakdowns
• Fulfill all safety protocols and norms while performing maintenance tasks
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and procedures
