Maintenance Technician

Position Title: Maintenance Technician Competition: 25-057 Reports to: Manager of Maintenance Union: BCGEU Compensation: $29.69-$31.97/hour Schedule: 8:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday (70 hours bi-weekly) Status: Full time, Regular Posting Closing Date: August 29, 2025 at 4pm Organizational Focus: Pacifica Housing has been providing safe and affordable homes for almost 35 years. We are a rapidly growing organization dedicated to meeting the housing and support needs of our community. As such, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting repairs and renovations, and ensuring the overall maintenance of our properties. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $29.69-$31.97. The schedule is 8:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday, with 70 hours bi-weekly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair work, with experience in a similar role or a trade-related field.
