You will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance tasks, working on a range of building services and equipment. Key Responsibilities: * Undertake planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and small works, ensuring all tasks are completed in line with agreed service levels. * Conduct fault finding and repair of various mechanical and electrical systems. * Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Health & Safety regulations. * Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities. * Liaise with the client and other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities. * Ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards, maintaining a professional approach at all times. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures. What we are looking for: * Experience in a similar maintenance role. * A recognised qualification in a relevant trade (e.g., electrical, mechanical). * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A proactive approach to maintenance and a willingness to learn. * Understanding of Health & Safety regulations. * Ability to use a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant). * Full UK Driving Licence.
