Maintenance Technician

MetCap Living Management Inc. is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician/Handyman for residential high-rise in Barrie, ON. Duties: Troubleshoot general common area repairs. Repair and replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs. Conduct safety inspections and report any hazards or defects. Maintain accurate records of work performed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as required. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
