Maintenance Technician

Description of the job:

The selected candidate will require to perform diagnostic tests, corrective and preventive maintenance of machines and improve electrical systems, vision, PLC, hydraulic, servo-hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic. Maintenance of precision alignment and repeatability of robotic systems.

Required technical skills:

• Mechanical/Hydraulic/Pneumatic (intermediate).
• Low voltage electricity. Electronics and Controls (intermediate).
• Knowledge of special processes such as screwing, pressing, laser marking, laser welding, ultrasonic welding, leak testing (basic desirable).
• Microsoft Office package (intermediate).

PREFERRED technical skills:

• PLC and S7, TIA Portal, WinCC. HMI (basic to intermediate).
• LOTO procedures.
• Basic English.
• Frequency converters, Servomotors and servodrives (desirable).
• Industrial networks Profibus, Ethernet, Profinet (basic).
• AABB and KUKA robots (basic to intermediate).
• TPM system (basic to intermediate).
• Maintenance system software (desirable SAP PM intermediate).
