Execute maintenance services preventive, predictive, correction and installation of equipment,

Responsibilities:

• Support to provide maintenance on site to ensure the correct functioning of machines and services during production shifts.
• Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance orders on industrial electromechanical equipment (mechanical, electrical, welding, repair)
• Carry out maintenance inspections and report findings through the maintenance platform
• Comply with all company policies and systems of safety, quality, and controls that apply.
• Maintain and manage inventory of spare parts for machinery.
• Train operational personnel on proper resource and equipment management.
• Support the process of collecting information to generate reports for the area.
• Technical support in maintenance at production plant site to ensure correct functioning of machines and services during production shifts.
• Specialist in mechanical maintenance of industrial machinery (Mechanical gears, chains, and belts)
• Preferring arc welding management
• Pasionate about quality and excellence in preventive and corrective repairs of machinery
• Management of diagnostic tools for failures such as multimeter, stethoscope, thermography.
