Description of the job
- Knowledge of maintenance tools and methodologies, preventive, predictive, and corrective.
- Ensure preventive maintenance on machinery to work with minimal impact on production lines, maintaining product quality processed.
- Generate closure of corrective maintenance orders in SAP system, recording the description of the activity performed, start and end time of the corrective activity.
- Identify necessary repairs and notify a specialized technician to perform scheduled replacement.
- Implement correction and monitor effectiveness of planned activities.
- Review component status and repair before replacing with new components.
- Analyze automated electronic systems with digital control, servomechanisms, data acquisition and analysis systems, laser printers, and robots.
