We are looking for a Maintenance Technician

Main functions and activities the candidate will be responsible for:

• Ability to ensure correct ordinary and extraordinary electromechanical maintenance of production plants to enable expected production volumes and rhythms;
• Analysis, identification, and resolution of malfunctions related to power electrical, data communication, and automation devices;
• Maintenance on Transformers and MV/LV equipment;
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously with a results-oriented approach;
• Reporting to the supervisor regarding any spare parts purchase needs;
• Collaboration in modifying production lines regarding the electrical and mechanical parts;
• Preferable ability in mechanical maintenance as well;
• Appointment of an experienced PES (Person with Electrical Experience) for electrical work;
• Updating reporting to account for modifications made.

Education

Diploma as an electrotechnical expert or professional qualification in the electrical field, possessing the necessary authorization for electrical work in compliance with CEI-11-27 regulations (PES/PEI Certificates).

Professional Experience

Significant years of experience in electrical maintenance activities, particularly in fault finding on high, medium, and low voltage systems.

Specific Knowledge

• MV electrical equipment and systems
• Electrical and electromechanical circuits
• Electrical materials
• Reading electrical diagrams;
• Maintenance techniques;
• Use of fault diagnostic tools;
• Worker protection regulations;
• Autocad;
• Office Suite.

Additional Requirements

• Category B driver's license to move between plants with a company van
• Flexible working hours and availability for on-call duty on weekends and holidays
• Willingness for short business trips within the national territory.

Salary Information

In accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 96/2026, the Company discloses information relating to the initial salary provided for the position.

The initial gross annual salary (RAL), not less than € 25,731.81, is determined based on the level of responsibility and the skills required, according to objective, verifiable, and gender-neutral criteria, and in coherence with the applied National Collective Agreement.

Any economic recognition higher than the minimum threshold indicated is granted exclusively based on further, objectively verifiable elements, such as, for example:

• Relevant and qualified professional experience;
• Specific technical or managerial skills;
• Level of autonomy and responsibility effectively required by the role.

These elements are applied according to transparent and non-discriminatory criteria, respecting the principle of equal pay for equal work or work of equal value.
