Job description
- Perform corrective electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance on machines, equipment, and installations, responding to requests from various hotel areas, diagnosing defects through manuals, drawings, and/or technical evaluation, replacing parts and making necessary adjustments.
- Carry out preventive maintenance (mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic) based on checklists, inspecting kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, pump operation, water tank, electrical part, generators, etc., detecting possible irregularities, performing repairs, and informing the superior about detected problems.
- Provide support to the IT area for layout changes, cable passage, etc.
- Read and record daily consumption of gas, water, and energy.
- Inspect fire-fighting equipment and report any irregularities to the superior.
- Solicit and accompany technical visits and maintenance performed by third parties when necessary.
- Fulfill procedures related to the use of EPI and EPC.
- Orient junior professionals.
- Apply the processes and procedures of the “Auto Control” area;
- Perform small services in masonry and carpentry when necessary.
- Record maintenance performed.
