Maintenance Technician

Job Description • Perform corrective electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance on machines, equipment, and installations, attending to requests from various areas of the hotel, diagnosing defects through manuals, drawings, and/or technical evaluation, replacing parts and making necessary adjustments. • Carry out preventive maintenance (mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic) based on checklists, inspecting kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, pump operation, water treatment plants, and other facilities to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns. • Collaborate with the hotel's technical team to develop and implement maintenance plans, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. • Perform routine inspections of electrical panels, circuit breakers, and other equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the hotel's systems, equipment, and facilities, including their operation, maintenance, and repair. • Provide technical support to hotel staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment and facilities. • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in the field.
