Maintenance Supervisor

In a nutshell

As a Maintenance Supervisor in one of our automated fulfillment centers in Dordrecht, you ensure that our technical installations function safely, reliably, and optimally. Together with your team of Shift Technicians, you contribute to a smoothly running 24/7 operation and a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment. 

You are the connecting link between your maintenance team and Operations. During your shift, you determine priorities, coach technicians in their development, and are the first point of contact for critical failures.

The art of the trade 

• Lead & coach your team: Provide daily leadership to all Shift Technicians working within a 24/7 environment.
• Ensure safety & structure: Keep the workshop and work environment safe, clean, and organized.
• Manage the maintenance operation: monitor the planning, progress, and quality of the maintenance plan..
• Team management & performance: Take care of personnel planning and support the development of all Technicians. 
• Manage critical failures: Ensure that Technicians choose the right priorities and maintain good cooperation with Operations. 
• Continuously improve: Identify improvement opportunities and stimulate Lean, 5S, and data-driven maintenance.
• Collaborate: Coordinate daily with Operations, engineers, and external maintenance partners.

About you...

• You have an MBO-4 or HBO education in, for example, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical field.
• You have 10+ years of experience in a technical or maintenance environment, preferably in an automated, logistics, or production environment. 
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Lead, Team Lead, Supervisor, or comparable management role.
• You have a practical, hands-on mentality and understand both the technical and operational side of maintenance.

• You have experience with CMMS or EAM systems and knowledge of ICS/SCADA tools is a plus;
