Salary up to $2800 Job Responsibilities To support the maintenance and repair of production machinery, equipment and company facilities to ensure smooth and safe operations in the food manufacturing environment. A. Machinery & Equipment Maintenance Assist in performing routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and processing equipment Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical issues on machines such as mixers, conveyors, packaging lines, pumps, ovens and other plant equipment Such tasks include lubricating moving parts, replacing worn-out components, and adjusting mechanisms to ensure proper functioning. B. Company Facilities Maintenance Ensure the cleanliness and organization of company facilities including offices, warehouses, and production areas Perform routine inspections to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs and take corrective action as necessary C. Teamwork and Communication Collaborate with other departments such as Production, Quality Control, and Engineering to resolve equipment issues and optimize processes Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on new technologies and best practices D. Safety and Compliance Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards including OSHA guidelines Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary E. Miscellaneous Perform other duties as assigned by management
