Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the building and facilities of the property are well-maintained.

Main Responsibilities:

• Periodically inspect areas under their care
• Coordinate daily work and ensure its proper execution.
• Maintain a weekly work program for each person under their supervision.
• E nsure that scheduled maintenance in the MPs system (Trascendent and Alice) is executed on time.
• E nsure compliance with safety conditions and norms in work areas.
• Receive satisfactory work from personnel under their supervision.
• Coordinate internal and external personnel for execution of tasks inherent to preventive maintenance, corrective works, projects, and improvements.
• Promote energy savings permanently on the property.
• Apply and enforce hotel standards.
• Operate as support in tasks related to department operation and general property operations.
• Maintain discipline and productivity of personnel under their supervision.
• Inform superiors of any safety risk immediately.
• Maintain feedback with supervisors and subordinates.
• Pursue a labor environment of trust, respect, and professionalism.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and training sessions as required.
• Maintain continuous communication and feedback with other department heads.
• Know and comply with safety and hygiene rules established by the company and government entities for risk prevention and accident avoidance within the property.

Financial Responsibilities:

• Use equipment and tools provided by the company properly and maintain them to avoid loss or premature deterioration due to misuse or negligence.
• Use supplies provided by the company properly to avoid waste and misappropriation.
• Solicit repairs, materials, and replacements in a timely manner to prevent major failures or premature equipment changes.
