Maintenance Supervisor (Boutique Hotel) - Bantry Bay

Award Winning Boutique Hotel in Bantry Bay is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to support the day-to-day maintenance, repair and upkeep of the property, ensuring that all guest and staff areas are maintained. The role requires a hands-on approach, sound technical knowledge, and the ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities effectively. Duties: Carry out and supervise preventative and reactive maintenance across the property Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are well-maintained and in good working order Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the hotel to identify and report any necessary repairs or maintenance tasks Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to ensure the hotel's assets are properly maintained and that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
