Job description
- Manage the team of maintenance technicians, manage and maintain the maintenance post.
- Participate in factory meetings, receive maintenance demands and allocate the team to perform activities.
- Encourage the development of repair documentation for machines and feedback on preventive plans according to learnings from corrective maintenance.
- Maintenance cost management.
- Team training and periodic retraining management.
