Our client based in the City of Stonnington is on the hunt for their next Repairs & Maintenance Specialist - Owners Corporation. The OPPORTUNITY:

Repairs & Maintenance Specialist - Coordinating all building maintenance and repairs
Salary up to $95,000+ inc
No Weekends
2 Days WFH
Ensure safety and compliance across all properties
Handle ad-hoc operational tasks, such as resident communication, updating building information, etc.
Build strong relationships with contractors and suppliers
Experienced using Monday, Missive, Stratamax, and Outlook

About YOU:

Experience in building/facilities management, property management, or owners corporation/strata
Confident coordinating contractors, repairs and maintenance requests
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Familiarity with Owners Corporation or Strata legislation is a bonus
