Description
Responsibilities:
Preventive and predictive maintenance
- Performing periodic inspections according to the company's established maintenance plan
- Verifying and calibrating mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
- Periodic lubrication, cleaning, and greasing of moving parts to prevent premature wear
- Monitoring equipment operating parameters to identify signs of wear early
Corrective maintenance (Repairs)
- Rapid diagnosis of malfunctions occurring during the production process.
- Prompt intervention in case of accidental breakdowns to minimize factory downtime.
- Replacement or repair of defective or worn parts (motors, pumps, sensors, bearings, belts)
Requirements:
- Interpretation of technical diagrams (reading electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic diagrams, and technical drawings).
- Knowledge of automation and electronics (understanding the operation of sensors and programmable logic controllers - PLC).
- Use of measuring instruments (multimeter, micrometer, caliper, vibration analyzers).
- Intermediate PC skills for data entry into maintenance management software.
