MAINTENANCE & SERVICE SPECIALIST

Umana SpA is looking for, for an Italian industrial company, part of an international group and operating in the chemical sector, the figure of:

MAINTENANCE & SERVICE SPECIALIST

The person will be responsible for the operational management of preventive, ordinary, and extraordinary maintenance interventions, carried out directly or with the support of external teams, verifying their correct execution and compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

The resource, reporting directly to the Maintenance & Service Manager, will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and managing the activities of contractor companies, from entering the company until the completion of the works, verifying their correct execution;
• Managing and executing maintenance tickets, ensuring the timeliness of interventions;
• Ensuring compliance with procedures and safety aspects during operational activities;
• Managing the issuance, compilation, and closure of work permits;
• Carrying out, when necessary, the collection of materials from suppliers;
• Verifying the conformity and correctness of ordered and received materials;
• Directly carrying out minor maintenance interventions;
• Managing the maintenance of the company car fleet for common use.

Requirements

• Diploma in a technical field, preferably electrical;
• previous experience in maintenance, within structured manufacturing companies;
• good knowledge of main IT tools;
• operational autonomy and decision-making ability;
• knowledge of the English language is welcome.

The profile is completed by:

• good problem-solving and teamwork skills;
• practical approach and orientation towards problem-solving;
• attention to quality and, above all, to compliance with safety standards.

Onboarding

• A permanent employment contract is offered, with an indicative gross annual salary between €30,000 and €35,000, depending on the experience gained.
• Work schedule arranged on 2 shifts and full day.
• A company canteen is provided.
• Work location: Near Concorezzo (MB).
