Maintenance Project Manager
Job description
Join our team as a Maintenance Project Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless maintenance and peak performance of our T9 engine. You will be the key contact for all maintenance activities, driving operational planning, resource forecasting, and service execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete maintenance lifecycle of the T9 engine, from planning to execution.
- Develop and manage operational plans, forecasting materials and field service resources for both short- and long-term needs.
- Coordinate routine and corrective maintenance work, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Provide technical content, time schedules, and cost-efficient plans for each project.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery of services by managing internal teams and third-party providers.
- Analyze performance data to implement continuous improvement measures, enhancing reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and review quality assurance documentation in collaboration with relevant functions.
- Ensure adherence to EHS, contractual, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with interregional and cross-functional teams to share best practices and drive operational excellence.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in managing complex maintenance projects in the energy or industrial sector.
- Strong background in operational planning, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Solid understanding of maintenance processes and best practices for industrial gas engines, preferably T9 series.
- Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams, including internal staff and external contractors.
- Skilled in technical troubleshooting, problem resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Familiar with quality assurance standards, compliance requirements, and EHS regulations.
- Proficient in using maintenance management systems, digital tools, and interpreting technical documentation.
- Excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
