Aufgaben

• Creating customer offers for the original scope of work as well as for findings and corrective measures.

• Verification, creation, and updating of maintenance orders issued by the customer-CAMO in our AMOS-maintenance software.

• Analyzing and planning various aircraft projects taking into account different limitations, such as:

• Workload compared to forecasted absences of employees.

• Necessary qualifications and skills.

• Availability of parts, tools, and workspaces.

• Unplanned work due to findings, etc.

• Communication with the customer, MCC, and CAMO regarding work packages, capacity planning, and project termination, but also regarding non-conformities, inconsistencies, and potential improvements.

• Supporting production teams as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient project execution.

• Organization (together with SCM) and monitoring of subcontractors as needed, as well as validation of their invoices.

• Ensuring that internal documentation and archiving in the technical department comply with applicable procedures and regulations.

• After completing the project, creating work reports and CRS documentation and providing it to the customer according to requirements and needs.

• Creating customer invoices as well as program and warranty claims, checking compensation, and if necessary, reissuing the invoices.

• Create job templates for planned and unplanned maintenance projects to achieve a logical sequence of tasks and efficient use of available resources.

• Gather feedback to implement proven internal procedures and recommend methods or tools to improve maintenance processes.

• See yourself as an interface between the shipyard and the customer and ensure excellent customer support.

• Present proposals for continuous improvement for evaluation and subsequent implementation.

Qualifikation

• Abitur or higher technical school
• Prior work experience in commercial aviation is advantageous
• Commercial skills and attitude for customer negotiations and invoicing
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
• German or French language skills would be advantageous
• MS Office applications
• AMOS would be advantageous
