Maintenance Planner

Realize maintenance planning considering installed equipment, its criticalities, applicable maintenance policies and plans to ensure necessary resources for execution of same with main objectives being to ensure full functioning of productive equipment and ensure compliance with maintenance availability target.

• Administrate the service backlog, plan corrective and predictive technical notes (B2 and B3) making adequate triage for programming of activities providing realization of necessary services;
• Acknowledge and guarantee the process of material acquisition for planned orders ensuring execution of activities in timely manner;
• Conduct team work meetings to define priorities, scope and consolidation of resources for maintenance programmed activities prioritizing activities, detailing scope and resources (HH, materials, and special tools) for activities to be programmed (maintenance plans and MCP);
• Develop detailed maintenance planning developing schedules for maintenance activities considering installed equipment, its criticalities, applicable maintenance policies and plans ensuring full functioning of machines, ensuring compliance with maintenance availability target;
• Control related indicators to PCM regularly checking hour appropriation, justifying identified deviations, analyzing and proposing recommendations for losses of adherence indicators to the plan.
