Maintenance Planner

About us ITAL Food Group is a leading Australian-owned manufacturer and supplier of biscuits and cakes, servicing retail, wholesale, private label and export markets. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our manufacturing team in Campbellfield, Victoria. Key Responsibilities ·Develop, implement and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance schedules for production equipment, machinery and facility assets. ·Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant performance, minimize downtime and reduce costs. ·Collaborate with operations teams to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring alignment with business objectives. ·Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, spare parts inventory and asset condition reports. ·Develop and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of equipment issues. ·Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes and reduce waste. ·Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, quality standards and environmental policies. ·Work closely with the maintenance team to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, ensuring optimal plant performance and minimizing downtime.
