Job description
Role: Maintenance Operative - Facilities Maintenance
Digital/Non Digital: Non-Digital
Contract Length: Until 19/12/2025
Location: Lympstone, Devon – full time on site
Pay Rate to Candidate: £16.67/hour Umbrella
Minimum Requirement:
• To conduct routine maintenance and repairs on MOD equipment and facilities.
• To maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and problem resolution.
• Jet wash exterior areas to maintain cleanliness and functionality.
• Set up and maintain shooting range targets for training exercises.
Essential:
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Technical proficiency with maintenance tools and software.
• Ideally, hold a valid driving licence.
