Pro Invest Real Estate is looking for a reliable colleague to take care of the buildings, green spaces, and parking lot in Apahida, including minor repairs and winter maintenance tasks.

Duties:
- maintenance and minor repairs on buildings (painting, assembly, repairing panels, small installation works),
- maintaining the park and parking lot (mowing grass, pruning bushes, keeping cleanliness),
- rapid interventions in case of defects, winter maintenance, and other urgent tasks,
- monitoring and maintaining sanitary installations, reporting and resolving problems,
- participating in renovation and reorganization works,
- reporting issues to the superior and providing constant feedback.
