RPO Recruitment is currently representing a well-established chemical manufacturing company in their search for a Maintenance (Mechanical) Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join a dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the efficient maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of mechanical maintenance technicians.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
• Carry out hands-on mechanical maintenance tasks as needed.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize plant operations and improve maintenance practices.

Requirements

• BSC Mechanical or Bachelor of Engineer with majors in Mechanical engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior mechanical maintenance position, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
