Maintenance Mechanic

Just On Business Spa (JOB) is an employment agency specializing in recruitment, administration, and training of personnel, present on the market for over 20 years. We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic for a leading Italian design products company near Santena. Role and Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have the task of performing preventive, ordinary, and extraordinary maintenance interventions on production equipment. Main responsibilities include: - Preventive maintenance: Periodic inspections, lubrication, replacement of worn-out parts to prevent failures. - Corrective maintenance: Diagnosis and resolution of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults. - Reading and interpretation of technical drawings: Analysis of technical designs and diagrams to identify the cause of problems. - Emergency interventions: Immediate response in case of unexpected failures to minimize downtime. - Reporting: Recording of maintenance interventions performed and replaced parts. Requirements for the Candidate - Previous experience as a maintenance mechanic - Excellent knowledge of mechanics - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals for machinery. - Competence in using measurement tools and workshop equipment. - Autonomy, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure.
