What you can expect:

• Carrying out and managing various general maintenance tasks, including sanitary, electrical, telecommunications, heating, carpentry, and decoration work
• Completing basic repair and maintenance tasks
• Installing, inspecting, and troubleshooting equipment and systems
• Coordinating and supervising contractors and external service providers to ensure they are working in line with our service promises to our guests
• Carrying out tasks and providing services with the highest level of discretion, aiming to minimize disruptions and inconveniences for guests and visitors as much as possible
• Supporting the management of records and daily logs on repairs and maintenance of equipment and systems
• Compliance with Accor guidelines
• Application of hotel safety regulations (in case of a fire, etc.)
• Taking responsibility for the commitments of the hotel within the framework of Sustainable Hospitality (energy saving, recycling, waste separation, etc.)
• Active contribution to the safety of people and property (ensuring that emergency exits remain free, etc.)
• Taking over responsibility for identifying improvement opportunities within the work area, including risk awareness
• Participation in suitable training to expand knowledge in the relevant work area
