What you can expect:

Carrying out and managing various general maintenance tasks, including sanitary, electrical, telecommunications, heating, carpentry, and decoration work
Completing basic repair and maintenance tasks
Installing, inspecting, and troubleshooting equipment and systems
Coordinating and supervising contractors and external service providers to ensure they are working in line with our service promises to our guests
Carrying out tasks and providing services with the highest level of discretion, aiming to minimize disruptions and inconveniences for guests and visitors as much as possible
Supporting the management of records and daily logs on repairs and maintenance of equipment and systems
Compliance with Accor guidelines
Application of hotel safety regulations (in case of a fire, etc.)
Taking responsibility for the commitments of the hotel within the framework of Sustainable Hospitality (energy saving, recycling, waste separation, etc.)
Active contribution to the safety of people and property (ensuring that emergency exits remain free, etc.)
Taking over responsibility for identifying improvement opportunities within the work area, including risk awareness
Participation in suitable training to expand knowledge in the relevant work area
