P&H Milling P&H is the largest Canadian-owned milling company. The P&H Milling Group sources wheat from Western Canada, Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada to produce quality flour and cereal products. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by planning, organizing, and controlling maintenance activities. This includes coordinating with other departments, such as production, procurement, and engineering, to ensure that equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, tracking costs, and identifying opportunities for cost savings. In addition, you will work closely with our operations team to develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
