Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Manager for a luxury game lodge in Limpopo. The successful candidate will oversee all lodge maintenance, infrastructure and preventative maintenance programmes, while supporting renovation and development projects. This is a practical role suited to someone with strong technical knowledge, luxury lodge experience and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee all lodge, staff accommodation and facilities ensuring they are well-maintained and in good working order. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes for all lodge infrastructure including electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems. Support renovation and development projects by providing technical expertise and ensuring that all works are completed to the highest standard. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards. Key Requirements Strong technical knowledge and experience in a luxury lodge or similar environment. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance programmes. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
