Maintenance Manager

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Manager to join our client's team in Johannesburg. Our client is a leading manufacturing company in the region and is looking for a strong leader who can oversee the maintenance operations and ensure the smooth running of the facility. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the maintenance department and ensure all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Engage with internal stakeholders regarding data, schedules, and budgets. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in maintenance management. Strong leadership and communication skills.
