Maintenance Manager

Job description: As Maintenance Manager, you are the ultimate responsible person for the entire maintenance department of our client. In this role, you have general management over approximately 40 employees and also lead a large team of contractors. The Maintenance Manager manages the maintenance budget and ensures the increase of equipment reliability through both preventive and corrective maintenance. This includes the planning, coordination and execution of maintenance activities, as well as the monitoring and reporting of maintenance performance. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, policies and procedures. In addition, you will be the point of contact for our client's maintenance needs and will work closely with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with the overall business objectives. The Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for the management of a team of maintenance technicians and will be required to make decisions on the allocation of resources and the prioritization of maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in a relevant field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering, and will have experience in a maintenance management role. The candidate should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
