Maintenance Manager

Function As Maintenance Manager you are responsible for the daily management and operational continuity of our machine park. You supervise two experienced technicians and ensure that all machines and installations operate optimally. You divide your time between the shop floor and your office: approximately 3 hours per day you are busy with technical administration and planning, the rest of your time you are present in the production hall to monitor and adjust as needed. Tasks and responsibilities include: • Maintenance planning and coordination; • Supervision of technicians and quality control; • Troubleshooting and problem-solving; • Reporting and documentation; • Collaboration with other departments. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering); • At least 3 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field; • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of machines and installations; • Excellent communication and leadership skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Flexibility and adaptability.
