Maintenance Manager - Chemical Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance activities at our client's chemical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of chemical processes and equipment, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and machinery within the facility, including reactors, pumps, mixers, and instrumentation - Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime - Collaborate with production staff to identify and prioritize maintenance needs - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of spare parts and materials - Manage and control maintenance budgets and expenses - Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
