Maintenance Manager - BE/LUX - 6 month Maternity Contract

We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Manager to join us on a 6month maternity contract based in our Brussels office. Reporting to the EU Maintenance Manager you will take ownership for all stores and office locations across BE/LUX. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently, effectively and in accordance with company policies and procedures. This includes but is not limited to: - Conducting regular inspections of all store and office locations to identify any potential issues or defects; - Coordinating and supervising the work of external contractors and internal staff as required; - Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date; - Collaborating with other departments such as Operations, HR and Finance to ensure a smooth running of the business.
