Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager Full-Time Location: Cienega de Flores, NL, Mexico The Maintenance Manager will lead all maintenance and facilities operations within the plant, transitioning the department from a reactive to a proactive maintenance model. This role requires a strong communicator capable of partnering with cross-functional leaders, driving timely resolutions, and designing an organizational structure that separates reactive and preventive maintenance workflows with dedicated schedules. Strategic planning and execution are essential for this position, as well as collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting, and possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
