Maintenance Lead

We are looking for a Maintenance Lead who can lead our maintenance team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with our quality standards and client requirements. Key responsibilities: • Lead the maintenance team in planning, coordinating and executing maintenance activities; • Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with our quality standards and client requirements; • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met; • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs; • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities into overall operations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, construction management); • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field; • Proven track record of leading and managing teams; • Strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
