Maintenance Foreman

Position: Maintenance Foreman Hire Resolves client is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Foreman to join their team in Eston, KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in maintenance management and a strong understanding of maintenance processes and procedures. Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate maintenance activities in accordance with production schedules and budget constraints Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate records of work performed Identify and report potential hazards and take corrective action as necessary Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
