Maintenance Fitter

Description Te Tūranga /About the Role: We are looking for motivated and skilled Maintenance Fitters to join our engineering team who are crucial to keep our production running in a challenging, dynamic food production environment. Our Takapau site in Central Hawke's Bay is Silver Fern Farms largest dedicated lamb processing site, employing up to 950 people at the peak of the season. Takapau in the Central Hawke's Bay offers sunshine, vineyards, and wine trails. As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks on our processing equipment to ensure it is running efficiently and effectively. This includes conducting regular inspections, identifying and reporting any issues or defects, and implementing repairs and maintenance as required. You will also work closely with other team members to troubleshoot problems and develop solutions.
