Maintenance & Facility Manager - Regio Limburg

✅ Are you an experienced maintenance manager who takes a step from 'repairing' to structural optimization based on data analyses (MTTR/MTBF)? ✅ Do you already have experience in leading complex facility expansion projects and monitoring multi-year maintenance budgets? ✅ Would you like to send a technical team of approximately 10 people? As the maintenance & facility manager, you are responsible for the overall site's continuity, safety, and efficiency. You combine technical expertise with business insight to bring production performances to the next level. You are an experienced people manager who inspires and develops a team of approximately 10 people. Your responsibilities include: you monitor the availability of installations and utilities (air, water, power), analyzing and adjusting maintenance costs and performance indicators (MTBF, MTBR, MTTR); you set up maintenance procedures and ensure their further implementation; you initiate and lead expansion projects in civil engineering and machine installation, including planning and controlling the budget; you make technical and financial feasibility studies; you introduce new technologies/digital tools for online monitoring to understand machine behavior and predict failures, considering machine learning and data analysis (Power BI, Pivot analysis); you investigate complex failures using methods such as Why-Why and Six Sigma to ensure structural improvement; you stimulate SHE optimization and monitor workplace safety; you are a strong partner for internal departments (Production, Quality, Procurement, HR) and manage external relationships with suppliers and auditors. You ensure continuous training and development of yourself and the team. Bachelor or master's degree in electromechanics, electricity, maintenance, automation, ... deep technical knowledge, especially regarding electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems; proven experience as a maintenance manager or in another leadership role; you possess the necessary maturity to make critical decisions in complex situations due to your years of experience in a maintenance environment; you recognize patterns in maintenance data before they lead to downtime; excellent organizational and leadership skills (people manager); stimulating open communication within the team; result-oriented and involved in the organization; communicative strong in Dutch and English.
