Maintenance Facilities Engineer

Responsabilities

• Maintenance of the building
• Perform according with the plan Maintenance on the building/utilities equipment and keep up-to-date the records of interventions (compressors, nitrogen generators, dryers, osmosis equipment, cooling tower, generators, rooftops, heating/cooling devices, etc)
• Maintenance and keep up-to-date the records of interventions (planned and service) for logistics equipment (forklifts, electrical pallets, cranes, etc.)
• Fixing maintenance issues internally or via contractors
• Execute legal procedures for authorizations related to building
• Maintain relation with local authorities
• Maintain relation with entrepreneurs
• Assist installation works, if necessary (electrical, thermal, water, etc.)

Requirements

• Engineering degree (civil engineering, electrical engineering)
• Experience: minimum 3 year on a similar position
• Good PC skills
• Good English knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Result oriented, precise and accurate, well organized
• Dynamic, disciplined, correct
