Maintenance Engineer（J51841）

Responsibilities: Execute and adhere to the scheduled maintenance plan, ensuring all routine and preventive maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Continuously monitor equipment operation to proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve potential issues before they impact performance or safety. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and maintenance data to drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, uptime, and overall performance. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations teams, management, and other departments. Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary. Participate in training and development programs to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
