Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Plan and supervise maintenance activities, as well as logistical-administrative tasks in the allocated building or commercial gallery
• Coordinate maintenance activities, safety, and cleanliness
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment and installations for water, energy, gas, HVAC systems in the allocated portfolio
• Maintain good relationships with service providers, material suppliers, property owners, and tenants
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferably mechanical engineering or civil construction)
• Middle to advanced level of technical knowledge on MEP systems, with emphasis on HVAC systems for office buildings and commercial galleries
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an engineer
• Familiarity with BMS systems
• Independent user of MS Office software; medium-level English proficiency is sufficient
• Leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
• Communication, active listening, and presentation skills
• A person who is open-minded, balanced, tenacious, and eager to develop and grow
