Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Highland Spring Group. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repair tasks on our production lines, as well as diagnosing and resolving any technical issues that may arise. You will also be involved in performing regular inspections, conducting preventive maintenance activities, and keeping accurate records of all work performed. This will include, but not be limited to, the following tasks: • Conducting routine maintenance and repair tasks on production lines, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues that may arise during production. • Performing regular inspections to identify potential problems and take corrective action. • Conducting preventive maintenance activities to prevent equipment failure and minimize downtime. • Keeping accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance and repair tasks, and reporting any issues or concerns to the maintenance team leader. • Working closely with the production team to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that production schedules are met. • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes and reduce waste. • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all maintenance activities are properly coordinated and that all necessary resources are available. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role. • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. • Valid driver's license.
