Maintenance Engineer for Process Improvement

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve processes for increased operational efficiency.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development in Romania.
• Provide predictive maintenance services, including vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic inspections, alignment of trees and boroscoping.
• Collaborate with the international team from Italy and share best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical or similar).
• Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance or process improvement (experience in predictive maintenance is an advantage).
• English at B2-C1 level (knowledge of Italian is a plus).
• Organizational skills, communication skills and willingness to learn.
