Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for a leader to manage the Maintenance department and conduct the WCM project implementation at the factory.

About our client

Our client is a multinational company of large size, manufacturer of Components for Electronics, Automotive, White Goods, among others.

Main responsibilities

• Operational leadership of maintenance (mechanical, electrical and civil) at the factory;
• Control and management of the WCM project implementation in the factory, organizing documentation and process;
• Development and management of a Maintenance team, considering supervisors and technicians;
• Consolidation of planned maintenance at the unit (preventive and predictive);
• Guarantee of asset reliability and availability with focus on Safety, Cost, Quality and OEE;
• Support for Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing projects in the unit;
• Budget management for the Maintenance area with proposals for cost reduction solutions;
• Reporting of maintenance performance indicators (KPIs) to Management and Board.

Dynamic, hands-on, systemic vision, proactivity and clear and assertive communication that presents:

• Bachelor's degree;
• Professional history in the Industrial sector (components for Electronics, Automotive, White Goods, etc.);
• Prior experience in a leadership role of Maintenance;
• Knowledge and experience in implementing WCM and/or TPM projects;
• Intermediate English for communication.
