Maintenance Coordinator - Mobile Equipment

Job Description We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Lévis, Quebec, Monday to Friday, day shift. Under the responsibility of the supervisor, the Maintenance Coordinator ensures the effective coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance work on mobile equipment. He/she supports the technical teams, optimizes parts management, and actively contributes to the reliability and improvement of equipment. What you’re responsible for: Coordinate mechanical maintenance tasks with the maintenance team; Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards; Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of spare parts and consumables; Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or defects; Collaborate with the technical teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve overall efficiency. What you need: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance coordination or a related field; Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and processes; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software applications.
