Job description
- Planning necessary maintenance or improvement activities for technical installations on the terminal and vessels, daily. The written 52-week plan serves as your guideline.
- Maintaining practical contact with various selected contractors, material suppliers, and internal operational departments.
- Following up and documenting work performed, ongoing agreements, and results.
- Facilitating efficient, safe, and high-quality working environment for technician colleagues to achieve effective maintenance activities.
- Inventorying and timely ordering of spare parts and necessary consumables for the maintenance team, using contracts prepared by Maintenance Manager and Procurement Department.
- Scheduling and executing calibrations of measuring equipment, as indicated by QA Manager, SHE Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Operations Manager.
- Participating in cross-functional projects within the organization.
- Representing department in periodic SHE and Level-2 meetings during supervisor's absence.
- Monitoring budget prepared by Maintenance Manager.
- Preparing operational reports.
- Supporting and complying with current Quality, (Food) Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations and programs.
- Keeping existing procedures up to date and ensuring compliance (FSSC 22000, GMP, SMETA, GLP, 5S system, etc.).
